Preparation
Frozen Miracle Dumplings:
Boiling (Traditional Chinese Method): Bring water to a hard boil. Place in dumplings which will sink like stones. Stir gently. When dumplings float to top continue to stir gently. When dumplings begin to swell they are ready. Cooking time about 6 to 7 minutes.
Microwave: Cover dumplings with water and set microwave for 15 minutes. Drain and eat.
Frying: After boiling or microwaving, drain dumplings and place in fry pan or wok with some oil and fry to preference.
Miracle Dumplings may be enjoyed straight, with butter, perhaps salt and pepper, or dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce: Soy sauce, a bit of sesame oil, red wine vinegar, chopped garlic and, if desired, hot pepper.
